Greg Mathers started studying the Adizes Methodology in 2010 and received his certification as an associate in 2013. Greg regularly delivers consulting and training in the Adizes Methodology to executives and senior management teams across Europe.
Greg began his management career in 1993 when he founded the first of five companies. He has owned and run businesses in the publishing, advertising, hospitality and education industries. His latest venture, launched in 2012, is the world’s first cross-border life science business accelerator co-founded and operated with partners in Latvia, Estonia, Sweden and Denmark.
Since 1996 Greg has actively consulted with corporations across the Baltics and northern Europe. He has boosted organizations’ growth by helping them build competencies in managing complex sales, move into new international markets, and develop participative decision-making models and collaborative cultures.
Greg received his BA in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno and worked for a short time in both TV and radio. In 2004, he received his MBA from Riga Business School in Riga, Latvia where he continues to teach MBA courses in organizational behavior and leadership.
Greg is married, has three children and lives with his family in Riga, Latvia.
